How to Order a Custom Tumbler

• Custom listings will go live randomly, I will make the announcements on my instagram/facebook, so keep those eyes peeled and fingers ready! 
• Availability is limited as custom orders do take longer and require more work. 
• If you are not able to purchase a slot, you will have to wait till the next time custom listings go live.
• If you are wanting multiple cups, you only need to purchase the ONE slot. 
• Each slot will cost $30 (NONREFUNDABLE after 24 hrs) that will act as a deposit. Larger orders may require an extra, larger deposit. 
• Once your order is finished, the remainder of the balance will be due in a reserved personal listing on the website. 
• Cancelations are accepted up to 24 hrs after purchase. Your deposit will be refunded upon cancelation within the 24 hrs as well 
• It is YOUR responsibility to contact me through either instagram or facebook within 24 hrs. This is so we can easily communicate exactly what you want and where we will figure out if a larger deposit is required. 
• If there is no contact within 24 hrs, your order will be canceled 
• Turnaround time for custom orders is approximately 4-8 weeks (not including shipping time). Larger orders may have a longer wait period. 
• I will be in contact with you frequently through out the process of making your tumbler, making sure everything is to your liking. Because these are customized, and a response is required before I continue, timely replies are much appreciated. If you do not get back to me in a timely manner, I cannot guarantee your order will be done within the time frame given. 
• I do allow SOME changes to be made through out the process unless it has been epoxied over, once I've epoxied over it is permanent but this is why I communicate with you through every step.
